I can’t say enough about my stay at Salt! I really appreciate aesthetics when i am choosing an AirBnB, and whoever curated this space has excellent taste. If you want to cook, you have everything you need to do some meal prep and keep your budget on point. If you wanna immerse yourself in Nosara and walk everywhere, it’s central to everything. If you surf, dawn patrol is a two minute walk after a cup of coffee. Keyless entry makes everything even more freeing. The A/C works really well, and the Apartment seems to hold temperature easily. On top of all of this, if you have a question, concern, need help, or just need recommendations for what to do, Margarita is a wonderful property manager! She clearly loves her job, and jumps at the opportunity to help you out. Super helpful and responsive, but if you wanna just plant yourself, and not be bothered, you’re in good hands too. Thank you again for everything! If I find myself in Nosara again, i know where i wanna be!:)

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this place. It’s probably one of the best locations in Nosara/Guiones. Everything you need is walkable (coffee, food, mini mart), and the beach is just about as close as you can get there (5 min walking). Very clean, cold AC, and flexible check-in/out when possible. Great spot and I would stay again. The electronic keypad makes it easy to not bring keys to the beach and the proximity to the beach is amazing (under 5 minutes). As others mentioned, you can hear noise from above/side which is worth noting for light sleepers but nothing that ear plugs couldn’t fix even when they were playing loud music for a couple nights. Kitchen was well equipped which was nice to make a few meals at home. Also very clean and beach towels provided which was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this spot.

Wir haben ganz spontan das Apartment gebucht und wären auf jeden Fall viel länger geblieben, wenn es nicht schon ausgebucht wäre. Alles ist noch viel besser als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Die kleine Wohnung ist perfekt geschnitten, super komfortabel und extrem sauber. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Host war immer total nett und verlief extrem schnell. Hier steckt liebe bis ins kleinste Detail!

This was a great place. Apt had everything we needed! You can walk to beach to in 7 mins and the store is 2 mins away, coffee is two minutes away everything is at your fingertips. Quiet at night, comfortable bed with AC. Kitchen had everything you might need to cook meals and make yourself coffee. It was great for us, we hope to come back soon!

Only complaint is that you can hear the people staying above/around you as the ceiling/walls seems to be thin. Could hear them wak, clean/sweep, drop something, etc. Other than that, great place!

Perfect place to chill out.  This place is about as close to the beach as you possibly can be, about a 5 to 10 minute walk. No car needed as everything you could need is within walking distance.  A mini-market is less than a 5 minute walk and the organic food store is about a 15 minute walk. Various restaurants are also within walking distance. The room was very comfortable with powerful fans and ac. The kitchen amenities were awesome, everything worked perfectly and everything was very very clean. I chose to stay at SALT particularly for the kitchen setup and the proximity to the beach. the room was extremely comfortable. The room felt very secure with a gated pricey fence, with a lock, and a room safe. Outdoor shower was great too.  The hosts are awesome and very responsive. If your lucky, on some mornings, you can hear the monkeys yapping and see them in the mango tree. When I come back to Nosara I will definitely stay at SALT again. Perfect room in a perfect location.

Perfect for our surf trip - easily walkable to the beach so we could check the waves frequently, or run home between surf sessions for a snack. The place is simple, but had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our time there. It's near restaurants (highly recommend Howler's and Rosie's Soda) as well as mini supers for groceries and a surf shop on the corner where you can rent boards. Stacy and Alberto were responsive and friendly hosts. We'd definitely stay here again.

The unit was very convenient to shops, restaurants and the mini market. I thought it might be louder since it is close to a resort but it was not. The unit was very clean and the ceiling fans and AC were much appreciated. The beach is not far at all. I arrived in the dark so the unit was a little hard to find. Pictures of the outside of the unit were very helpful. The hosts were super responsive which made the whole experience very good. I would recommend this place.

We loved staying here! It was the perfect location to the beach and stores in town. It also had quick access to the main road to walk or atv to other parts of town. The hosts were responsive and even sent a cleaner for halfway through our extended stay. If other Airbnb folks are above you and loud, you can hear them but it was never disruptive. You can’t hear anything from the street. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend.

This was a great place right in the middle of Nosara next to all the shops and cafes, and maybe a 5-10 min walk to the beach. Super close to everything, and yet quiet and private enough to feel at home. It's got all the essentials, very nice bathroom & shower, all the kitchen necessities, and strong wifi. I didn't have any issues. The hosts and the property manager David are very helpful and responsive. They even organized a private pickup for me from the airport. I also loved that both doors locked with a number combination, so I didn't have to bring the key with me. Overall, very nice place, convenient, great location - I would definitely stay there again!

Stacy and Alberto's place is in a great location, if you want something walking distance to all food, beaches, shopping this is the place to be. The space was clean, private, had great security and was comfortable. If you are a light sleeper or affected by noise, this spot will be difficult for you. I am a sensitive sleeper, I had earplugs in every time and I still heard a lot of outside traffic inside the space. This place is right on the main road so you will get traffic noise as early as 5 am, and as late as midnight.... but again if this doesn't bother you then no problem.

We were walking distance to everything (restaurants, beach, juice shops yoga, surf schools, coffee) - I’d say we were even closer then the extremely pricey hotels surrounding us (: During our week long stay we listened to howler monkeys as we walked the trails around nosara, went to yoga at the nomadic, had the most incredible vegan lunch at Surdhams, grabbed the most delicious pizza at Olivia’s, brunched at destiny and of course enjoyed playa Guiyones every day for surfing and night for its stunning sunsets! This apartment has everything we needed and was such a peaceful spot for us to rest during short afternoon rainstorms and each evening. We fell in love with Nosara and cannot wait to come back. Would definitely stay here again- thank you!

I had a wonderful stay in Stacy and Alberto’s Airbnb. The apartment is perfectly located in North Guiones next to restaurants, surf shops and the beach. David the property manager was incredibly helpful with everything from arranging transportation from the Nicaragua border for me to scheduling laundry services. The property is fully equip for a long term stay. I was able to take Zoom calls and work from the apartment. The wifi tended to flicker off for brief moments but always eventually came back on.

I loved this little studio/apartment! The hosts were great and communicative and the place was just lovely. Perfect decorations for a nice environment and all that you need. Great shower and bathroom, little kitchen and sitting area. I had just stayed a little outside of downtown Guiones, more in the jungle, which I loved but if you want prime location, choose this place. Quiet and within walking to everything. I suppose the space is considered on the smaller side, but I love small spaces and when done correctly, I think they are perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
